The San Gabriel Valley Choral Company will present “Joy! A Holiday Celebration” Saturday, Dec. 12, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 122 S. California Ave. in neighboring Monrovia. The concert will feature winter-season choral works by George Frideric Handel, Ola Gjeilo and John Rutter, and the debut performance of the company’s new Advanced Treble Ensemble. General admission is $25, and season tickets are $60. Tickets may be purchased in advance at sgvccsingers.org or at the door. The company says it welcomes music lovers regardless of their ability to pay the full ticket price.
