The city has released a draft environmental impact report for the Westminster Gardens Specific Plan indicating that HumanGood proposes expanding Westminster Gardens, at 1420 Santo Domingo, from 149 residential units and beds to as many as 550 by 2045, including affordable housing, and increasing nonresidential space to 112,000 square feet. No construction plans are proposed yet. The draft environmental report identifies significant, unavoidable air-quality and greenhouse-gas impacts. Send comments to snash@cityofduarte.ca.gov Source
